  13. Defect:  The current selection was always scrolled back in to view after the user scrolled the list with the scroll bars.  This has been fixed.

  15. Interface Design Change:  The home, end, page up, and page down keys now follow the Human Interface Guidlines for scrolling in lists.  (The selection doesn't change, just the visible contents of the list.)

  17. Interface Design Change:  The arrow keys no longer wrap to the other end of the list when they reach a boundary.

New Feature:  Information about the selected font is listed in the window.  Description includes:  1) technologies used to render the font family (TrueType, PostScript, Bitmap);  2) whether the font family is proportional or fixed-width;  3) measurements of characters in the selected size and style.

  26. Cosmetic Change:  The list uses a smaller font.  It is still very readable, and permits quite a few more fonts to be visible at once.

  31. Cosmetic Defect:  When the “About Scripts” dialog box was opened, the current list selection was displayed in the system font (Chicago), instead of the smaller application font (Geneva).

  36. New Feature:  Fonts are automatically grouped by family, and sorted by style.

  42. Defect:  When selecting fonts by typing their name, the correct font was not always selected.  This has been corrected.

  44. Interface Design Change:  The up and down arrow keys automatically move the selection to the previous or next column, so the entire list of fonts can be traversed by holding down either the up or down arrow key.

  49. Defect:  Under some circumstances, Font-o-rama! 1.2.0 could crash.  The condition is easiest to reproduce by opening about 100 fonts using Suitcase 2.1.4.  This has been fixed.
